With a Degree in Business Management and a Foundation Degree in Payroll (CIPP), Tina brings over 25 years of experience to the table. Tina is passionate about ensuring payroll is always correct, as it's a crucial part of working life.

Tina's journey into payroll began when she was asked to do it in a previous position, and she loved it. She believes that handling payroll is one less thing that clients have to worry about. Tina has been with NUVO since 2021 and during this time has been promoted from Payroll Manager to Group Payroll Manager.

Tina's expertise in payroll has not gone unnoticed. In a previous position, she successfully implemented a new payroll and HR system. Additionally, she was instrumental in implementing new holiday pay rules while working alongside HMRC. With her vast knowledge and experience, Tina is an essential member of the NUVO team.
